Airfix BMW R69

This is an ancient offering from Airfix, no scale given but its 1/9th or 1/10th I guess.

Looks a little bare under the tank, the space is quite large, no chrome on this at all, so it was all to paint.

Italeri New Release - Biber Midget Submarine

Italeri have announced a number of new releases this year, and I am very excited about the new Biber Midget Submarine in 1/35th scale.

No idea yet when it will be available, but its great news for us "Submarine modellers"

Modelzone discount

The club has just received an email from someone working at the Modelzone store in Hull. His name is Scott and here is an extract from the email....

"Hi Guys I'm one of the guys at Modelzone in Hull and i am the stores resident plastic modeler. Latest club newsletter

The club has moved forward in leaps and bounds over the last few years and no where is that more evident than in the "new look" monthly club newsletter.

Vincent Black Shadow

Here is a model of The Vincent Black Shadow.

1:12 scale from Revell.

This is attempt no 2 at this model, the first many years ago went in the bin.

Inspired by Trevor from Whitby I bought another and had a go.

Still not a patch on yours Trevor!
